The purpose of this project is to develop a functional model for supply chain management that uses data from a client ERP system that will monitor buffer level for effective inventory management. One module is developed where the buffer penetration will be calculated for daily buffer monitoring for dashboard, graphic report in color zone. Another module is developed using dynamic buffer management, which is essentially a TOC (Theory of constraints) the principle with colors that would be using history of daily buffer performance.

Vendor portal is one of the modules in cloud9 ERP system. Which provide some functionality for vendors of the company. When Company is having requirement of material they generate inquiries for that material and vendors who supply that material will get the inquiries against which they have to fill the quotations. After submission of quotations company will review all the quotations and check the terms and condition, policy of vendors and accordingly whoever is best in their criteria they will release purchase orders against them. After that, order will be released by the vendors either completely or partially accordingly we track the order and give the report to management.
